Individual therapy is a chance to explore, clarify and make sense of where you find yourself.

I have a particular interest in clients who are in midlife, and the new challenges that come their way.

Having space to explore our character, how we treat others, and our reactions, can be helpful and useful in finding ways to progress into a mature way of being in the world.

I work with both short- and long-term clients. It’s entirely up to you how many sessions you attend. Some people come to therapy with a specific goal for short term work and others find it useful to engage in more in-depth, long-term goals.
